AURA team is  proactive and help the students achieve success in school and life. Our Professionals Align and work with the school’s mission to support the academic and personal achievement of all students and prepare them for the ever-changing world. This mission is accomplished through the design, development, implementation and evaluation of a comprehensive, developmental and systematic counselling and training program.





We conduct training programs in different grades and different levels of intensity. Some of the simpler programs include areas like Primary Schools and Schools, campus to corporate and time management. The absolute essentials of being in any organization. A slightly higher grade of programs would include programs like Time management, Goals Setting, Positive mental attitude, Memory & Mind Power training and effective listening. AURA also offers certain very niche programs that are targeted at the development of specific competencies like creativity, analytical skills, work life balance and accelerated learning.
